腰椎间盘突出症疗效定量评价探讨

A Quantitive Evaluation on Effect of the Patients with Lumbra Intervertebral Disc Prolapse

目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症（ＬＩＤＰ）患者疗效定量评价方法。方法：采用自行设计的ＬＩＤＰ疗效定量评价表对５５例ＬＩＤＰ患者康复治疗前后进行疗效定量评价，并与ＦａｉｒｂａｎｋＪＣ的腰痛病情计分表评分法进行相关分析。结果：两种方法评价效果相近，治疗前相关系数γ＝０．９１５，Ｐ＜０．０００５；治疗后相关系数γ＝０．８６２，Ｐ＜０．０００５，呈明显的相关性。结论：ＬＩＤＰ疗效定量评价表可作为ＬＩＤＰ疗效量化评定方法。

Objective:To investigate the method of quantitive evaluation on effect of the patients with lumbar Intervertebral Disc prolapse(LIDP).Methods:with the quantitive evaluation scale on effect of the patients with LIDP and the Lumbago scoring proposed by Fairbank for 55 patients of LIDP before and after receiving comprehensive rehabilitation treatment were analysed.Results:The evaluation effect of two methods were very close,There were high relativity(pretreatment =0.915,P<0.0005;post-treatment =0.862,P<0.0005).Conclusion:The quantitive evaluation scale on effect of the patients with LIDP can be used for functinal and outcome evaluation method in those patients.
