目的：总结消化道疾病内镜下活组织检查标本采集与快速病理检查的经验。方法：回顾分析２０９２例消化道疾病患者的活组织检查资料。结果：阳性准确率９８．７％。结论：内镜下标本采集与快速病理检查相配合是消化道疾病诊断的理想方法。

Objective:To summarize endoscopic biopsy specimen collection and rapid pathologic examination experiences for gastrointestinal disease.Method:A retrospective review of biopsy records of 2 092 patients with gastrointestinal disease was executed .Result:The positivity accuracy rate was 98.7%.Conclusion:The combination of endoscopic examination and rapid pathologic examination is an ideal method for diagnosing gastrointestinal disease.
