目的：探讨腘窝烧伤后膝关节瘢痕屈曲畸形的治疗方法。方法：采用手术、理疗和功能锻炼等治疗手段。结果：膝关节功能恢复良好。结论：手术是基本的治疗方法，康复治疗是同样重要的治疗措施。

Objective: To Study the treatment method of the knee joint's defect after lower extremity burned. Methods:Using operation, physical treatment and function exercise method. Result: The knee joint's function recover to near normalafter treatment. Conclution : Operation is the basic method, rehabilitation treatment is also very important.
