摘要
目的：作者对２２例经临床和病理证实的尖锐湿疣患者进行了放射性核素９０Ｙ／９０Ｙ皮肤贴敷器治疗。方法：每个病灶照射量为２．１～３．０ＧＹ／每次，７～１０次为一疗程。全部患者均接受了一个以上疗程治疗，其中６例（２７．３％）还进行了第二疗程治疗。结果：２２例全部治愈，总有效率１００％，作者还对全部患者进行了３个月以上的随访，未见复发病例。结论：本文结果表明放射性核素９０Ｙ／９０Ｙ皮肤贴敷器治疗尖锐湿疣是一种较为有效的办法。
