摘要 目的:阐明制动对兔膝内侧副韧带生物力学与形态学的影响。方法:选用15只兔,10只行右后肢膝关节全屈曲位内固定4周。取内侧副韧带进行生物力学测试和形态学观察。结果:制动侧内侧副韧带横截面积。最大负荷、能量吸收较对侧和对照组减少,只有能量吸收与正常组存在显著差异(P<005),最大应力、弹性模量比较无显著差异,材料常数X_1、X_2与对侧和正常组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。胶原纤维排列类似正常,细胞形态无明显变化,断裂方式全为胜骨上点撕脱。结论;制动4周,对膝内侧副韧带生物力学和形态学影响不明显。 Objective: The paper was to elucidate effect of immobilization on biomechanics and morphology of medial col-lateral ligament (MCL) in the knee of rabbit. Methods:15 New Zealand White rabbits were assigned to two groups: Group I,10 rabbits were immobilized for four weeks:Group II, 5 rabbits was served as age - matched normal control.The righthindlirnb of each experimental rabbit was surgically immobilized in full flexion(170°) by threaded pin intenal fixation.Thebiomechanical testing. histological and ultrastructural evaluation were used. Results: There are not signficantly changed inbiomechanical properties of MCL.Histologically, after immobilization for four weeks, arrangement of collagen fibers of MCL wassimilar to those in normal control under microscope. There was not art alteration in the shape of fibroblast.The failure bee ofMCL was by avalsion of tibia insertion sites. conclusion: Effect of immobilization for four weeks on MCL of rabbit knee wasnot Obvious.
