应用促通技术加作业疗法改善偏瘫患者上肢功能

Improvement of motor function ofthe upper extremity in stroke patients with facilitation technique and occupationaltherapy

目的：观察应用促通技术加作业疗法改善偏瘫患者上肢功能的疗效。方法：应用促通技术加作业疗法，对２７ 例由脑卒中所致偏瘫患者的患侧上肢进行功能训练，同时训练患侧上肢与健侧上肢的协调活动。治疗前后（ 治疗６０ 次） 分别用卓大宏１９６７ 年制定的“上肢运动功能测定表”进行评估，比较。结果：２７ 例患者中，有效的为２１ 例， 占７７ ．７８ ％ ， 对２７ 例患者治疗前后的患侧上肢功能进行评估， 所得的分数进行ｔ 检验， 结果显示 Ｐ＜ ０．００１ ，患侧上肢功能有非常明显改善。

Results: Theim provementpercentageofthecasesaccountsfor77.78% . Andthetestoftheoutcomeshow P< 0 .001. Conclusion : Itprovesthatfacilitationtechniqueand occupationaltherapyispracticalfortheimprovementof motorfunctionoftheaffectedupperextremityinstroke patients.[
