脑性瘫痪康复的主要途径探讨

Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for cerebral palsy .

目的：探讨综合康复治疗脑性瘫痪（ 脑瘫） 的疗效。方法：在社区运用综合康复手段治疗脑瘫９０ 例，并与在资源中心治疗的７８ 例比较。结果：１６８ 例总有效率９０ ．５ ％ ，社区组９１．０％ ，资源组８９ ．９ ％ ，疗效相似；平均疗程社区组为６．３，资源组为３．５，后者疗程缩短优于前者（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ；而显效率社区组为５８．８％ ，资源组为３２ ．１ ％ ，前者优于后者（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论：社区康复和家庭参与为脑瘫康复的一种主要途径。

Objective: To observe the clinical effects ofcomprehensive rehabilitation therapyin cerebral palsy( C P) . Methods: Observe the clinicaleffects for 90 cases C Pwith comprehensive rehabilitation approach and family partipation incommunityrehabilitation clinic( Agroup)and observe 78 cases C Pwith same approachin comprehensive rehabilitation center( Bgroup) and their effects rate are comparatively observed . Results: Totaleffectrate was 90.5% for 168 cases, and was91 .0 % in Agroup and was 89 .9 % in Bgroup. The remarkable effects rate was 58 .8 % in Agroup and was 32 .1 % in Bgroup . It' s more effective in com munity rehabilitation thanitin comprehensive rehabilitation center:butthe course is moreshorttenin Agroup thanitin Bgroup. Conclusion : The communityrehabilitation with family participationis a good approachin C P.[
