脑外伤术后综合征的康复

Convalescence of postoperative Synrome of Brain Injury

目的：探索脑外伤术后综合征病人有效的康复方案。方法：对４２ 例患者采用Ｈｅ－ Ｎｅ 激光低频脉冲方波电疗、针刺、推拿和运动疗法进行治疗，结合日常生活活动能力Ｂａｒｔｈｅｌ 指数（ＡＤＬ）分级进行评定。结果：经过１～２ 个月的综合康复治疗，有效率１００％ ，显效率８５．７％ 。结论：上述方案对脑外伤术后综合征的康复是有效可行的。

To investige effective convalescent regimen for patients with postoperative syndrome lr brain injury,offer comprehensive treatment to 42 cases with ruch postoperative afetr-effect of brain injury as limb paralysis,facial paralysis,swallowing function disturbance and micturition function disturbance.Methods:Adopt He_Ne laser radiaton to operative area and acupucture pionts in limbs, low frequency pulzation electrotherapy,acupuncture, massage and exercise therapy. According to therapeutic results based on Glasglow and Baarthel index(ADL)for eueryday activity, we give grading and appraisal.Results:After give comprehensive convalescent treatment for 1～2 months, total efficiency reached 100%, 85.7% had obvious effect.Conclusion:The above-mentioned comprehensive convalescent regimen is effective in treating postoperative syndrome of brain surgery.
