摘要
功能独立性评测（ＦＩＭ） 是国际最常用的康复评估方法。ＦＩＭ包含６ 大类１８ 项，包括自我料理、括约肌、转移能力、运动能力、交流和社交。ＦＩＭ评估方法具有民族特征，作者根据个人的应用体会，介绍ＦＩＭ的基本内容，并解释中国文化背景条件下的评估方法。
Functional Independence Measure (FIM) is a most common evaluation package in rehabilitation medicine in the world.FIM consists of 6 category (18 items),including self-care,sphincter control,transfer,locomotion,communication and social interaction.FIM assessment has strong characteristics in social culture background.Based on personal experience,the author introduces basic content of FIM and explanation in assessment adapted with Chinese culture.
