二次开胸手术对呼吸功能的影响

The effect of secondary thoracotomy on respiratory function

目的：探讨二次开胸手术对呼吸功能的影响。方法：观察１２ 例二次开胸手术病人手术前后呼吸功能变化。结果：同一切口的二次开胸手术对呼吸功能的影响较小，而不同切口即两侧胸壁分别开胸和单侧胸壁加胸骨正中切口的二次开胸手术对呼吸功能影响较大。结论：对二次开胸手术的病人，尽量选择与首次开胸相同的切口为好。

Objective:To probe respiratory function variation after secondary thoracotomy operation.Method:We obser_ved the change of respiratory before and after secondary thoracotomy of 12 patients.Result:The operation of secondary thoracotomy that has the same incision as the first has little effect on respiratory;The operation of secondary thoracotomy that has the different incision,such as incisions in the other side or incisions in the same side addition to the incision in the middle of breastbone,has strong effect.Conclusion:The same incision should be chosen for secondary thoracotomy.
