综合康复治疗膝关节功能障碍的对比研究

Controlled study of comprehensive rehabilitation in the management of knee joint functional disorder

目的：研究综合康复治疗对膝关节功能障碍的效果。方法：将３３ 例膝关节功能障碍患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用蜡疗、关节松动术、按摩、关节功能牵引、心理支持等治疗。对照组采用蜡疗和按摩。结果：２ 组治疗后膝关节活动范围均有增加， 治疗前后比较有显著性差异。膝关节屈曲角度２ 组间比较也有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５） 。结论：综合康复措施对膝关节功能障碍较单一治疗方法更有效。

Objective:The paper was to elucidate effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on functional disorder of knee_joint.Method:33 patients were assigned to two groups.Paraffinotherapy,joint mobilization,massage,traction,psychotherapy were given for treatment group.Only paraffinotherapy and massage were given for controlled group.Results:Patients in both groups improved symptomatically.There were statistically significant differences between groups in flexion of knee joint. Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation is more effective in the management of functional disorder of knee joint.
