Rehabilitational therapy for cerebral palsy children with disabled pelvic limbs after orthopaedic surgury

目的：探讨脑瘫下肢功能障碍术后的康复治疗方法与疗效。方法：对２５０ 例小儿脑瘫下肢功能障碍的治疗方法进行分析。结果：术后及时进行正确的康复训练疗效显著。结论：痉挛型脑性瘫痪下肢功能障碍术后必须及时进行正确合理的功能训练。

Objective:To investigate the methods and the facts about how to do therapy with the CP children with disabled pelviclimbs after surgery.Method:Analysis on the treatment for 250 CP children with disabled pelvic limbs.Result:Receiving right rehabilitational therapy after surgery is very useful.Conclusion:Spastic CP children should have physiotherapy after orthopaedic surgery.
