Analyze on psychiatric symptoms of Alzheimer's disease in hospital

目的：为了解Ａｌｚｈｅｉｍｅｒ（ＡＤ）的精神症状及其相关因素。方法：用自编的调查表对所有住院的ＡＤ病人及其精神症状作详细调查， 并对各种精神症状进行分析讨论。结果： ８９．６６％ 的ＡＤ病人有精神症状， 其中幻觉为２３．０８％ ，妄想为５７．６９％ ，情感障碍为３４．６２％ ，行为障碍为９２．３１％ ，年龄组越高，妄想和行为障碍多见，文化程度高、痴呆程度轻者幻觉发生率高，疗程短者抑郁多见。结论：ＡＤ病人的精神症状较为常见，且与年龄、文化程度、病程、痴呆程度等有关。

Objective:To know the psychiatric symptoms and relative factors of Alzheimer's disease (AD).Method:We investigated all patients with AD in hospital and their psychiatric symptoms with the self_edited tabulation and analyzed each symptom.Result:89.66 percent of all patients with AD in hospital had psychiatric symptoms ,in which ,23.08 percent with hallucination,57.69 percent with delusion,34.62 percent with emotional disorder and 92.31 percent with behavior disorder .The older,the more commonly found delusion and behavior disorder,in addition,hallucination was more commonly found in those patients with higher level of education and lighter degree of dementia and depression was more commonly found in those with shorter duration.Conclusion:The psychiatric symptoms are more commonly found in patients with AD and are related with age,the level of education,the duration of disease and the degree of dementia.
