血浆纤维连接蛋白在创伤修复中的变化和意义

The role of plasma fibronectin in the wound healing

目的：探讨血浆纤维连接蛋白ＦＮ（Ｆｉｂｒｏｎｅｃｔｉｏｎ）在软组织创伤修复过程中的变化和意义。方法：采用大鼠腓肠肌钝击伤的模型，通过火箭免疫电泳测定血浆ＦＮ含量。结果：创伤后血浆ＦＮ急剧下降后迅速反弹，随后恢复非常缓慢。

Objective:To study the role of plasma FN in the wound healing.Method:30 SDrats were randomly divided in to control group,8 hours group,24 hours group,7 days and 12 days group.Use rat gastrocnemius muscle blunt trauma model,to obwserve the plasma fibronectin levels by immunoelectrophjoresis assay before and 8 h,24 h,72 h,7 d and 12 d after the trauma.Result:Plasma FN decreased rapidly slowly.Conclusion:Trauma can lead to low plasma FN levels ,it may damage the defense mechanism of the body.
