蓖麻种子的老化劣变以及聚乙二醇渗调处理提高种子活力的研究 被引量:1

摘要 蓖麻种子易老化劣变,种子萌发率和活力下降,吸胀渗漏加剧,萌发种子可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量减少,脂舫酸含量增加。经 PEG 渗调处理,种子萌发率和活力明显增加,吸胀渗漏减少,萌发种子可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量增加,脂肪酸含量不变。PEG 渗调处理的最佳条件是:25%的 PEG 溶液,15℃下渗调处理48h。 Castor-oil plant seed is easy to be in a state of aging and deteriorating.It decreases the germination rate and the vigor of the seed,aggravates the permeating leakiness of absorpting expansion.decreases me soluble sugar and protein contert of the germinating seed;and increases the fatty acid contert.With the PEG osmo-regulation treatment,the germination rate and vigor of the seeds increase evidently;the permeating leakiness of absorpting expansion of the seeds decrease;the solubld sugar and protein contert of the germinating seeds increase,too;as for the fatly acids contert of the germinating seeds,they are still the same as usual.conditions for PEG osmoregulation are a treatmem with 25%PEG concentration under 15℃ for 48 hours.
