本文报告了羟乙基淀粉代血浆的旋光测定法。用本法测定羟乙基淀粉含量与干燥重量法结果一致。本法简便、快速,准确。

The determination of hydroxyethylamyli injection by optical ro tatory photometry is reported. The result obtained for samples of hydroxyethylamyli by optical rotatvry photometry was consistent w-ith those by dry-weight. The determination by optical ratatory p-hotometry issimple , rapid and exact.
