摘要
本文系统研究了单缝石英管原子捕集原子吸收法测定铜(Ⅱ)的条件和线性范围。用贫焰捕集,脉冲富焰释放法测定0.02μg/mlCu^(2+),捕集2min后测得特征浓度为5.2×10^(-4)μg/ml,比常规FAAS法提高77倍。用0.1μg/ml铜(Ⅱ)溶液捕集30s测得的相对标准偏差为2.67%。
This paper makes a systematic research on the conditions and the linear range of determining Copper by using the store-trapping AAS through rnono-slotted quartz tubes. The characteristic concentration, after 2 minutes of trapping by the fuel-lean flame and the pulsed fuel-rich flame, is 5.2×10^(-4)μg/ml, 78 times more senstive as compared with the FAAS. The relative standard deviation which is determined after 30 minutes of trapping by using the 0.1μg/ml copper solution is 2.67%.
