摘要
本文对培养基和维生素种类、KH_2PO_4和MgSO_4·7H_2O的浓度、pH值的大小及多菌灵浓度等对灵芝菌丝生长的影响作了研究。发现灵芝菌丝在树枝培养基、酵母膏培养基及含有VB_1或0.05%KH_2PO_4的PDA培养基中生长最佳。灵芝菌丝生长的最适pH为5~6;另还发现MgSO_4·7H_2O的有无及浓度似乎无多大影响;而多菌灵则对灵芝菌丝生长有强烈抑制作用。
The paper is the result of an research on the influence of substatum on the mycelium growth of glossy ganoderma under various culture media, vitamins, pH Values, and Under KH_2PO_4, MgSO_4·7H_2O and bavistin of different concentrations. Results indicate that the mycelium of glossy ganoderma grows best in the twig medium and VB_1 medium, and that the most suitabie concentration of KH_2PO_4 is 0.05% and the optimum pH is about 5~6 However, the cocentration of MgSO_4·7H_2O shows little or no influence on the growth of glossy ganoderma. Results also show that the mycelium growth of glossy ganoderma is strongly inhibited by Bavistin.
