摘要
用透射电镜观察长期白噪声刺激后家兔甲状腺滤泡上皮的超微结构变化。噪声刺激为每天8h的105db白噪声。在刺激3天、1周、2周和3周的时间后,甲状腺滤泡上皮超微结构的变化显示其分泌活动的增强。
We have observed, by using the TEM, the ultrastructural changes of the thyroid gland of rabbits stimulated by 105db white noise for 8 hours a day. With the increase of time to stimulate the rabbits (we divide the process into 4 periods: 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, and 3 weeks), we discover that the changes of the ultrastructure show the intensification of its secretion.
