孕妇和新生儿Ag－NORs的初步分析

A preliminary analysis on the Ag-NORs of pregnant women and Infants

本文应用银染技术，对２１名孕妇、１０名新生儿和２６名非孕育龄妇女进行Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ和Ａｇ－ＡＡ检测分析。结果表明，孕妇、新生儿的Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ和Ａｇ－ＡＡ比对照组高，差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。说明孕妇与新生儿的代谢比正常成年人旺盛，其ｒＲＮＡ基因活性也相应的高。

In this paper,the Ag-NORs and Ag-AA of 21 pregnant women, 10 infants and 26 non-pregnant women being child-bearing age have been examined with silver-staining technique,which the result shows that the Ag-NORs and Ag-AA of the pregnant women and the infants is higher than the contrast group,the difference being remarkable (P<0.05). It explans that the metabolism of the pregnant women and the infants is more vigorous than the normal adults and the rRNA gene activity of the former is also higher than the latter.
