肾胚瘤等小儿实体瘤及卵巢癌的染色体制备方法学研究

Study of chromosomal Procedure in Wilms tumor,neuroblastoma and ovarian cancer

用直接法及３～１４天的短期培养法共制备肾胚瘤、神经母细胞瘤和卵巢癌病人的标本１７例，其中８例可定核型，制备染色体成功，成功率为４７．１％，与国外文献报道一致。本方法较简便、实用、未见国内文献报道，可推广应用。这些新方法的应用，可能为这些实体瘤的分子生物学研究提供重要的线索。

We have successfully prepared 17 samples of chromosome from solid tumors of Wlims tumor,neuroblastoma and ovariant cancer in method for direct preparation and tissue culture. Eight cases of them were given chromosome karyotypes analysis.The portion of successful samples was 47.1% and the result is consistent in literatures at abroad.These methods were simple and practical, which have not been reported in literatures at home and may be estensive application.This new procedure's application could be important clue for studing in molecular biology of solid tumors.
