本文报告１２３例不明原因精神发育迟滞男性患儿的脆性Ｘ筛查，发现脆性Ｘ综合征１４例，检出率１１．４％。最显著的行为问题是多动和孤独。与脆性Ｘ阴性者相比癫痫、多动和孤独有显著差异。对其他神经精神障碍。

In this study,123 boys with unexplained mental retardation have been screened.14 patients(11.4%)with fragile X syndrome were found.The most striking behavioral problems is hypereactivity and autism,which is significantly different from those of which without fra X syndrome. Other neurological and psychological disorders and abnormalities of CT and EEG have been discussed.
