更年灵对更年期综合征动物的药理作用研究

A Study on the Pharmacologicae Effect of Gengnianling on the Menopausal Syndrome Animals

目的 :观察更年灵对更年期综合征动物模型的影响。方法 :用手术摘除卵巢制作性腺功能低下动物模型 ,用氢化可的松制作阳虚动物模型 ,用甲状腺素、利血平制作阴虚动物模型。结果 :更年灵能提高性腺功能低下动物的雌激素水平 ,对阳虚和阴虚动物均可增加性腺重量 ,对阳虚动物能提高耐力 ,对阴虚动物能降低痛反应。结论

Objective:To observe the influence of Gengnianling on the menopausal syndrome animals.Methods: The ovary was removed to make an animal model of low sex gland function, hydrogenation cortisone used to produce a Yangxu animal model and thyroxine and reserpine to generate a Yinxu animal model.Results:Gengnianling raises the estrogen level in low sex gland function model, increases the weight of sex gland in Yangxu and Yinxu animals,enhances the stamina of Yangxu animal and reduces the painful reaction of Yinxu animal.Conclusion:Gengnianling possesses an obvious treatment action on the menopausal syndrome animals.
