贵阳市花溪区高坡乡不明原因疾病病因初探 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探索一起以多神经炎症状为主的不明原因疾病暴发流行的病因 ,预防控制类似疾病的发生与流行。方法 :采用流行病学现况调查及实验室检测进行了连续 5年的调研。结果 :该不明原因疾病的发病率为8 5 1% ;从病人粪便标本中分离出 1株柯萨奇B组 2型病毒 ,并与其双份血清中和抗体反应呈两倍变化 ,另有 5例病人血清中和抗体滴度大于 1∶16 0或 1∶32 0 ;病区煤、土壤、大米、辣椒及病人发砷含量均超过国家标准 ;病人血红蛋白 (Hb)及维生素B1(VitB1)值在正常范围。通过抗病毒治疗病人基本痊愈。结论 :病因调查结果认为 ,此次多神经炎暴发流行不排除病毒感染 。 Objective:There broke out an uncertain disease, with some symptoms similar to that of neuritis. Investigation was performed to explore its carse so as to prevent similar diseases from taking place again. Methods: We studied it with epidemics method and experiments from 1995 to 1999. Results: Incidence of the disease was 8 51%. The CoxB2 virus was separated from faeces of patients, and there was a two fold changs of the reaction of serum neutralizing antibody in acute period and recuperative period. In addition, the titer of serum neutralizing antibody in five patients was over 1∶160 or 1∶320; The arsenic contents of the coal, soil, paddy, cayenne in the area and the patient hair were above the standard. patient's hemoglobim and vitamin BI contents were normal. The patients were cured through systematic antiviral treatment. Conclusion: The diseaes is ralated to the infection by virus, but higher arsenic contents in environment could not be ruled out as one of the causes.
