摘要
本实验观察了蟾蜍胆汁对离体心脏的影响,结果表明胆汁具有强心作用,能增加心输出量,增强心肌收缩力,但对心率有抑制作用.胆汁的强心作用在一定范围内有明显的量效关系,其作用机制可能与心肌细胞膜钙通道有关.
The toad bile effect on function of heart in vitro was observed.The res ults showed that the action of cardiac ontput and myocardim contratilityincreased, while the heart rate inhibeted had significantly dos-dependently in certain range. The mechanism of the action might be relation to calciumchannel on myocardim membrane.
