貌似脑出血的脑梗塞10例临床分析

CEREBRAL INFARCTION-CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 23 CASES

我科自1989年2月至1991年3月共收治40例临床表现貌似脑出血患者,现就其诊断和治疗分析如下。

The authors reported 23 cases of cerebral infarction. As has been demonstrated by CT scans.General symptoms were infection, vomitings meninges consciouslessness, headache, vomiting, meninges stimulating syndrome and rise of the pressure blood.In the most cases, the chief clinical characteristics is similar to symp-tome of intracerebral hemorrhage. The mechamism pathogenesis , clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of this type of cerebral infarction are discussed.
