甲基黄酮醇胺盐酸盐对动物缺氧的影响

摘要 小鼠iP甲基黄酮醇胺盐酸盐25mg/kg可使心电消失时间廷长。在常压、减压条件下存活时间分别较对照组延长8.75±0.4和9.61±3.2min给药组自发活动数由药前283.3±6.3次/min减少至81.0±12.9次/min。结果表明,该药具有降低心肌耗氧量,提高机体耐缺氧力,同时具有一定的镇静作用。 In these experiments, we studied the effects of MFA (25mg/kg, iP) on anoxia of mice. It was found that the disappearance of ECG was significantly delayed by MFA-pretreatment; The surviving period of mice in MFA group was prolonged by 8.71±8.4min. (at the normal air-pressure) or 9.61±3.2 min. (at the lowed air-pressure); The times of automatic action of mice were also sharply decreased in MFA group from 283.3+6.3times/min. (before drug-administration) to 81.0±12.9times/min. (after drug-administration). These results showed that MFA may decrease the oxygen-consume of myocardium and increase the tolerance of mouse to anoxia. MFA may also possess some sedative action.
