湖北土家族先天性遗传性皮肤病流行病学调查分析

Investigation of congenital and hereditary dermatology in the Tu nation of Hubei.

本文采用整群随机抽样方法，对湖北省巴东县两个区共５３２０２人进行先天性遗传性皮肤病流行病学调查研究，共检出病种１２种，患者１０２人，总患病率为１．９２‰。男性患病率为２．２８‰，女性患病率为１．５２‰，男女患病率差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。疾病的遗传方式包括常染色体显性、常染色体隐性遗传和Ｘ连锁隐性遗传等。

kinds of congenital malformation and hereditary dermatological diseases were found in 53202 population of the Tu nation in Hubei,with the prevalence rate of 1.92‰ males prevalence rate of 2.3‰,and females prevalence rate of 1.50‰.There was singificant difference between the sex prevalence rate(P<0.05).The inheretence models of these diseases included autosomal dominant inheritance,autosomal recessive inheritance and X-linked recessive inheritance.It is suggested that the prevalence rate of population in the mountains be very higher than that of in plains.
