摘要 本文建立并采用精子上游优选法成功地从精液中分离出高纯度的Y精子,Y精子的纯度从处理前的49%上升到88%,同时a级和b级精子密度从处理前的49.9%上升到92.7%,精子呈现非常活跃的前向直线运动;正常形态的精子也从处理前的52.9%上升到97.4%,精子畸形率明显下降,精液质量得到了明显的提高。 This study first report that Y spermatozoa were separated Successful from semen using a rise technique in China.Overall density of Y spermatozoa was sign significantly enhanced from 49%in the unprocessed samples to 88%in the rise samples a and blevel sperms was significantly enhanced from 49.9%to 92.7%.Normal morphology was signicantly improved from 59.2% to 97.4%.Cellular debris and nonsperm cellar elements reduce distinct after process for rise technique.The rise technique is not a good therapeutic method to asthenozoospermia cases but a good seprated method of Y spermatozoa.
