摘要
本研究应用遗传病例彩照等与文字结合的方式，将遗传优生咨询、诊断的有关内容、再发风险概率的推算、可以采取的对策等，编制成《遗传优生微机咨询、诊断软件》，以人机对话方式，供作遗传咨询医生进行咨询时的有效辅助工具。本系统中收录较常见的遗传病及先天畸形病种４２７种，附有以我国病例为主的图像近６００幅，其中病例彩照近５００幅。
We have developed a computer system to deal with the genetic/eugenic counseling and diagnosing problems for 427 kinds of genetic diseases.The data base of this system contains about 600 pictures of Chinese patients of these diseases, in addition to a detailed verbal description of them.The system provide an userfriendliness menu interface and an easy interactive way between descriptive words and photographs.It also provide a series of programs to analyze pedigrees and calculate the recurrence or carrier risks for genetic counseling of diseases obeying different inherent modes.
