浅议高职院工会组织的任务

On the Task of Labor Union in Higher Vocational Colleges

人的全面发展理论是马克思主义理论的重要组成部分。高职院工会组织以教职工为工作对象 ,肩负着促进教职工全面发展的使命。因此 ,工会工作要树立“工作靠人、工作育人、工作为人”的观念 ,把以人为本 ,促进人的全面发展作为价值取向 ,把推进教职工个体和群体的全面发展作为长远目标。本文以此为出发点 ,探讨高职院工会组织在促进教职工的全面发展中的作用及其任务。

The general development of the people is one of the most important components of Marxism theory. The Labor Union of the Higher Vocational College regards the teaching staff as the working objects, undertaking the task of promoting the general development of the teaching staff by means of its own job. Therefore, the Labor Union should set such concept as 'Depending on people, Educating people, Working for people', such value tropism as 'Basing on people, Promoting the general development of the people' and such long-run target as 'Progressing the individual and the group general development of the teaching staff'. The paper starts with this point and further discusses the effect of labor union in promoting the general development of the people.
