在网络技术迅速发展的今天 ,笔者针对多数网页存在的倾向 (过分注重网页制作技术 ,而忽视网页视觉设计效果 ) ,提出除了掌握网页制作技术 ,还必须注重网页中的视觉设计 。

Today, with the rapid development of IT Regarding the existing problems of page makers (focused more on the skills, neglect the vision design effect), The author proposes a solutions, that is: the page makers should also concentrate on the vision performance when they pay attention to mastering some skills. The author also explored the strategy regarding the importance of vision arts as well as the program design.
