摘要
在教学活动中 ,教师应该自觉地、主动地与学生换位 ,从学生的学习目的、视野角度、文化层次及知识结构来遴选教材 ,准备教案和课堂教学。将原来“我如何教这堂课”的授前思考转变为“学生怎样才能领会这堂课” ,从过去的“我怎么教你就该怎么学”的教学态度转变为“你怎样能接受我就怎样教” ,摆脱“教师中心” ,使学生从被动学习变为主动学习 ,在愉快的环境中接受知识 。
The teachers should change roles with student while teaching We should select teaching material, prepare teaching plan and classroom teaching from the aim of student's learning angle of view, cultural foundation and intellectual structure. Changing the thinking of “How I will teach” into “How the students can learn”. Cast off “teacher is the center”, give space to students in study. In this way we can raise the efficiency of teaching and study.
