随着社会的发展 ,与经济建设最为紧密、最为直接的高等职业技术教育的作用越来越突出。而办好高职教育的关键在于要建设一支精干、合理的具有双师素质的教师队伍。面对新形势 ,我们只有与时俱进 ,加强教师队伍的建设 ,大力发展高职教育 ,才能适应新的形势。

With the development of society, the roles of higher vocational education is becoming more and more important. The key of high occupational education lies in training a group of teachers reasonably who are intelligent and capable and have the qualities of both engineering and teaching. In the face of this new challenge, only did we go ahead with the times , strengthen the teachers train programs and develop higher vocational education energetically, we could adapt the new situation.
