How to cultivate talents with skill in so short time is the core for teaching reform in higher vocational colleges now. Facing these problems some tentative plans and programs of teaching innovation are proposed, and the particular of the plan are described and explained in detail, some curricular modules are designed and studied also. All of above can be as a reference to cultivate the electronic information engineering persons in higher vocational colleges.
