The paper approaches the work of ideological and political education, which has the characteristics of HVE, from the following aspects: the theory study, the education of psychological quality, the care for students, the social activities and the home education. Only in this way can we train more and more skilled personnel, who have both ability and integrity with high quality, for our country's modernization.
