随着高等教育由精英教育逐步走向大众教育。高职院校日益增多 ,高职学生成为我国高等教育的一个特殊群体。其心理素质的状况直接影响高职学生的整体素质 ,了解其心理素质的现状及其成因 ,有利于探索良好的培养学生心理素质的途径 。

As the higher education has gradually turned into the public education from the talent education, the higher vocational schools have been rapidly increased, the students of higher vocational colleges a special group, the higher vocational students into being. The psychological diathesis will directly affect the whole diathesis of this group. Therefore, it is good to realize the cause and the current situation of the students' psychological diathesis, and it is useful to probe into the favorable methods of training the students' psychological diathesis and to improve the general diathesis of the higher vocational students.
