摘要
本文就3例慢粒患者经DAG治疗前后骨髓及外周血中白血病细胞的光镜、电镜所见,讨论了DAG的疗效原理。认为DAG主要作用于分裂间期的幼稚粒细胞,干扰了核酸代谢,从而加速其以“凋落”的形式变性坏死。文中并对少数病理细胞的肿胀、溶解性坏死进行了讨论。
Three cases of chronic myelocytic leukemia were totally remitted after the treatment with. DAG, Apoptosic necrosis was shown in about 10~115 per cent of leukemia cells of the bone marrow and peripheral blood. The number of necrosis cells was increased after the treatment. The process of the apoptosis began with the aggregation of nucleic chromatin, the whole nucleus withered, split into tiny pieces, cytoplasmic condensation appeared and cytoplasmic organelles were eventually changed. It suggested that DAG had disturbed the metabolism of nucleic acid and further caused the disturbance of protein synthesis of the whole nucleus, and, finally, these leukemia cells disintegrated and died. Swelling dissolution necrosis was found in a small number of leukemia cells after DAG was given, As cellular degeneration necrosis at the division stage has not been found, the author believes that DAG mainly acts on infantilism granulocytes at the interphase staged.
