摘要
本实验采用碱性水解法,研究了炔诺酮及炔诺酮-聚天冬酰胺共价复合体的水解特性,并推导出它们的水解动力学方程,从而计算出炔诺酮在高聚物中的接入量。
0.05 mol/L NaOH was used to hydrolyze norethindrone and norethindrone-(hydroxy- alkyl)-DL asparamine conjugates. The hydrolytic characteristics of the conjugates studied to show that the hydrolytic dynamic of norethindrone was the first-order reaction. K=0.0129 (n=7, r=0.97). The conjugates hydrolytic dynamical equation was driven. It was Y= -24.36[EXP(-1.516t)-EXP(-0.0129t)]. Thecon jugates contents were counted, PHEA, PHPA and PHPA being 21.56%, 26.97%, 19.71% respectively.
