摘要
我国民营企业遵循“股东至上”的企业治理逻辑,忽视企业职工的利益,从而导致劳资关系紧张。在我国社会转型的制度环境下,建立职工董事制度,实现共同治理,是维护职工权利、建立合作型劳资关系的有效办法。
According to enterprise governance logic of'stockholders possess the greatest authority',non-public enterprises ignored worker's profits.It leads to intense the relation of worker-capitalist.The writerbelieves that building the system of worker director and realizing common-governance are a effective way touphold worker's profits and build cooperative the relation of worker-capitalist.
