摘要
短跑速度训练手段的变换一直是国内、国外教练员关注的重大课题。我们采用改变刺激的强度、频率、周期等方法大胆实践 ,从而使青少年运动员的神经中枢形成良好的动力定型 ,使少年运动员的短跑成绩有较大幅度的提高。
The change of sprint speed training has always been a major concern of coaches both at home and abroad. The authors tried to form a good motivation mode of the juvenile athletes nerve center by changing the intensity,rate and period of the stimuli in order to promote dramatically their sprint results.
