The Research of Simulate Altitude Training at Different Levels on cTn-T Contents of Rat's Heart

摘要 通过对模拟不同海拔高原训练的大鼠心脏肌钙蛋白 T的变化 ,采用酶联免疫吸附法(EL ISA )测定血清 c Tn- T含量 ,阐述不同时程高原训练对心肌影响 ,探讨高原训练导致心肌改变的机制。结果提示 :高原缺氧和高原训练都可引起血清 c Tn- T含量升高 ,以海拔 40 0 0 m最为显著 ,而递增缺氧训练可有效减轻 c Tn- T含量的升高。 Through analyzing the change of altitude training at different levels on cTn-T contents of rat's heart,this paper explains the influence of altitude training on cardiac muscle,discusses mechanism of cardiac muscle changing.The result shows that hypoxid and altitude training can increase the content of cTn-T in serum,among altitude levels,the most significant effects is at 4 000 m level,while graded increase in attitude level training can relieve the increase in contents of cTn-T.
