Diagnosis and Treatment of Epidemic Febrile Disease

本文论述了温病之诊治。作者将清代及近代名医治疗温病高热部分医案分析了温病高热忌发汗;高热神昏急当开窍;高热致痉以泄热养阴及白虎汤勿恒守四大症等方面作了辨析,对临床有一定指导意义。

This paper discussed diagnosis and treatment of epidemic febrile disease. Author held that hyperthermia due to epidemic febrile disease should not induce diaphoresis, unconsciousness coused by hyperthermia should induce resuscitation at once, convulsion due to hyperthermia should expell the pathogenic heat and nourish yin, application of white Tiger Decoction should not be affected by these symptoms and signs such as hyperthermia, extreme thirst, large and forceful pulse and profuse sweating.
