小青龙汤在慢性支气管炎急性发作期的临床应用

Chronic Bronchitis in Acute Stage of Attack Treated by Minor Docoction of Green Dragon

本文介绍慢性支气管炎急性发作期其根本是寒盛阳虚,痰饮内停,采用小青龙汤进行辨证治疗,寒盛阳虚,痰饮内停者,重在温散与降气;外感引发黄痰发热宜加清热解毒剂;阴亏津伤者宜合沙参麦冬汤。

Author hold that chronic bronchitis in acute stage of attack is caused by excessive cold and insufficiency of yang, retention of phlegm and fluid in the interior, this disease should warm yang and expell cole, send down the adverse—rising qi, could be treated by Minor Decoction of Green Dragon according to differentiation of symptoms and signs. In cases with yellowish sputum and fever caused by exopa thogen, heat—clearing and detoxifying drugs should be added. In cases with deficiency of yin and salive, Decoction of Glehnia and Ophiopogon could be supplemented.
