摘要
对持续参加 6个月以上有氧健身操的部分女青年锻炼前后身体形态指标和机能指标进行测试 ,结果显示 :长期参加有氧健身操锻炼可消除体内多余脂肪、降低体脂 ,增强肌力 ,使外型更加健美和谐 ;同时有效地改善心肺功能 ,提高人体的有氧耐力 。
The experiment tests the body patern and physiological function of meidens who have joined aerobic training for six month against the original,the result shows that prolonged exsercises can reduce the body's fat by a certain percentage,strengthen muscle power,make youngirls' body structure beautiful,improve thecardiopulm onary functions,enhance body's aerobic ability and play important role in preventing cardiovascular system diseases.
