健身运动对改善人体的各种机能和组织有着积极的影响。应充分认识健身的目的 ,并根据个人不同情况 ,选择最佳的健身方法、健身项目和运动量 。
Fitness bears an active influence on the improvement of people's various organs and tissues. Therefore,people should be fully aware of the aim of fitness and then choose the best means, items and scientific sports amount according to different individuals. The scientific evaluation of results can lead to the aim of fitness.
