采用文献资料、社会调查等方法 ,阐述了西北少数民族传统体育理性化自然选择与定位的条件和成因 ;得出了自然环境成为催生、孕育民族体育的摇篮和襁褓 ,生产劳动是民族体育的乳汁和养分 ,人文环境则是民族体育无法离开的空气。

It has been expounded for the condition and forming of the rational nature choosing and orientating of northwest minority tradition physical education by the methods of reference data and social investigation. The results show that the natural environment is the cradle and resource of the hastening and breeding for national physical-education; the labour is the nutrient milk for national physical education; and the national physical education can never be apart from humanity ambience. The aim of the research is setting up the basic frame of national physical education theory.
