密码子前后双碱基关联与蛋白质二级结构的关系 被引量:1

摘要 对人(Homosapiens)的117个蛋白质和大肠杆菌(E.coli)的87个蛋白质的各二级结构相对应的mRNA序列中的密码子前后双碱基关联作了统计分析,分析发现它们的使用对不同种属蛋白质二级结构有不同的偏好,对同一种属蛋白质的不同二级结构也有不同的偏好,经过分析与比较,说明密码子前后双碱基关联也可以作为蛋白质结构预测的一个信息. The correlation of codon and double base in mRNA sequences which code the secondary structure of 117 human and 87 ecoli proteins is analyzed statistically.Analysis shows that the usage of codons differs in bias in different classes of proteins,also in different secondary structures of one class.This finding implies that the correlation of codon and double base can provide messages for predicting the secondary structure of proteins.
