摘要 本文的研究目的是对绿色木酶与产朊假丝酵母混合发酵生产饲料用纤维素酶和单细胞蛋白的影响因素,如纤维素原料种类、加料量、酵母菌接种时间、温度、pH值、加水量等进行研究.研究结果确定了双菌株混合发酵方法及其工艺参数:绿色木霉和产朊假丝酵母可同时接种;培养基组成中麦麸与麦秸的比例为1∶1~4∶1,麦秸的粒度为-10目,加水量为1∶1~1∶1.5(w/w).发酵温度以28℃~32℃较适宜,最适温度为30℃.在混合固体发酵过程中pH值变化不明显. This paper aims at investigating the factors in the preparation of cellulase and SCP by means of a mixed ferment of Trichoderma viride and Candida utilis yeast.Such factors include the raw materials of cellulose and their addition amount,the time for inoculation of the yeast,temperature,pH value and the water addition amount.Mixed ferment technology and parameters are determined with reference to the experimental results.Trichoderma viride and Candida utilis can be inoculated simultaneously.The ratio of wheat bran and straw in culture medium is 1∶1~4∶1,while the granularity of straw -10#,the water addition amount-1∶1~1∶1.5(w/w),the ferment temperature-about 28℃~32℃,and the optimum temperature -30 ℃.During fermentation,the pH value does not vary significantly.
