摘要
提出了利用模糊神经网络对容差网络进行故障诊断的算法,论述了诊断系统的设计过程和训练样本集的构成.通过在最小值最大值间插值的方式,很好地解决了容差带来的问题.实例验证表明,该方法对容差网络的故障诊断是有效的.
In this paper,an algorithm based on fuzzy neural network for fault diagnosis of analog circuits is introduced.The design of the diagnostic system and the structure of samples used for training the fuzzy neural network are expounded.By way of inserting values between the minimum and the maximum,problems caused by tolerance can be solved readily.Experimental results show that this method is effective for the fault diagnosis of tolerance network.
